At Kristopher Mark Designs, our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations and to provide an experience that will make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the ship date.
    • All products must be returned unworn, and in original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork certificates and/or accessories (such as a diamond certificate) to ensure a full credit.
    • Sale items may or may not be eligible for return or exchange. Contact us for further information.
  • All sales are final on Closeout merchandise.
  • International orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
    • Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on custom, altered, or special-order items.
    • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser with original sales receipt.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used during checkout.
    • Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
    • Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
    • All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
    Online Purchases
  • If you purchased your item online, you can return your item to our store location or by mail.
  • Returns to the store must include a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call us immediately at (908) 735-9695 for assistance.

Returns By Mail

1. To return by mail you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number
2. Contact us at or call (908) 735-9695 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.
3. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation.

  1. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
  2. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return.
  4. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
    8. Once we have received your return, you can expect a refund within 30 days.
