All in stock orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Orders placed after 12NOON  EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All Jewelry orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service/FEDEX/UPS and will require a signature upon delivery.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• All in-stock orders up to $5,000.00 will include free two-day shipping.
• All in-stock orders over $5,000.00 will include free overnight shipping.
• Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Will arrive the following business day

Free two-day shipping within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In that case, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

All custom pieces created By Kristopher Mark Designs will ship within 4 weeks of an order being processed.Some exceptions may apply.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

At this time, we will only ship to one address per order and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
